“I am so happy that I switched to Old Farm Vet. Hospital. The receptionists, tech staff, and vets are very knowledgeable in their areas, thorough, and personable. I especially like Dr. Hiltner who has worked with me regarding my dog’s issues. He is very patient, knowledgeable, understanding, thorough, and personable. If I email him, he always replies with helpful information. If I call he talks with me. On my visits, he is very patient, thoroughly explains everything, makes recommendations, has not pushed me into any tests or x-rays, and performs a very thorough examination. I have a type A personality, and Dr. Hiltner is very calm; his presence, personality, and manner calm me.”
